We are a member of the preferred networks for Dean Care/Ameritas, Delta Dental of Wisconsin, and Humana as well as many other insurance carriers. We work with a majority of University of Wisconsin and State of Wisconsin employee insurance too. We will help answer your insurance questions and we advocate for patients rights while remaining transparent about cost. For payments we accept cash, check, Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.
